Our little cadet has learned to do the "Army Crawl" and she's getting quite quick about it. She started doing the crawl on Sunday and then was really movin' by Tuesday night when we took this video on our digital camera (excuse the poor quality of the video, our digital camera is ancient in technological terms.)
If you're wondering what the deal is with the "Pippi Longstocking" leggings that Mara's wearing, they are called Baby Legs and they are the hottest new trend for Hollywood babies (and for our little cadet.) Basically, they are leg warmers...are you having flashbacks to 1985? I think they will be great as Mara is learning to crawl so that her knees don't get all banged up, not to mention that they are totally adorable!
To view the video, click on the "play button" (aka arrow) on the image below. You'll notice that the cat is not so thrilled about Mara's new mobility.
(By the way, in the beginning of the video you'll see Aaron pat Mara's back. He's not spanking her...she got frustrated because the cat ran away so he gave her a little pat. I thought I should clarify that :) )
Sit back and enjoy the movie!
Watch out world, here she comes!!!

Awww look at her go! I love the army crawl! She'll be flying around the house in no time!
I love babylegs...but by the time I found out about them Quinn was too old to wear them. =(
I know, I'm a little scared about her being able to take off and go wherever she wants too. I'm going to have to baby proof!!! I just NOW thought of that. Yikes!
The babylegs website shows older kids and adults wearing them on their arms. It's not too late. LOL.
